Max Daleiden
President & FounderMax Daleiden is the President of Coastal Haven Lending, where he oversees daily operations and helps guide the company’s overall direction. With a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University, Max brings both practical knowledge and steady leadership to the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. Outside of work, Max enjoys staying active, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends. Most of all, he values time with his family and embracing the moments that matter most. His grounded approach, strong work ethic, and people-first mindset are at the heart of how he leads both at home and at Coastal Haven Lending.
Vicky Daleiden
CofounderVicky Daleiden is the Chief of Finance and Marketing at Coastal Haven Lending, where she helps keep the numbers running smoothly while also shaping the company’s brand and voice. She loves bringing strategy and creativity together to build a business that feels both professional and genuinely welcoming. When she’s not working, Victoria is a new mom who enjoys staying active and soaking up everyday moments. You’ll often find her with her daughter, exercising, teaching yoga sculpt, or out on a walk with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs, Bailey and Charlotte. She believes in balance, wellness, and building a life—and a business—rooted in care and connection.
Wes Harris
Mortgage Loan OfficerOriginally from Apalachicola, Florida, Wes brings over a decade of experience in the financial industry, including banking and real estate title, to his role as Mortgage Loan Originator. His well-rounded background gives him a deep understanding of both the financing and closing processes, allowing him to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and care. Known for his attention to detail and clear communication, Wes is committed to delivering a smooth, dependable lending experience. When he’s not working, Wes enjoys Florida’s beautiful outdoors and is a devoted dog owner.
Lawson Thompson
Mortgage Loan OfficerBorn and raised in Panama City, Florida, Lawson developed an early interest in business and entrepreneurship, leading him to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University. He is passionate about financial markets and real estate, with a strong focus on how macroeconomic trends shape asset values and investment opportunities. Lawson brings an analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset to his role, supporting long-term growth and thoughtful lending solutions. Outside of work, Lawson enjoys spending time with family and unplugging at the family farm.
